Enable Polycom Phone Echo Cancelling Function for Headset

Polycom phones have Echo Canceling function specially designed for using headset with it. By default, this function is disabled. Enable this function will cancel echo when using with headset and give user better voice quality.

Step by step instruction:

1. Press the Menu button on the phone.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Go to Basic.

4. Select Preferences.

5. Select Headset.

6. Select Echo Cancellation.

7. Select Enable.

8. Once enabled, press the left arrow key to go back to the home menu.
