* All orders received by 2:00pm Pacific Time normally ship on the same business day.
* All orders shipped from Southern California.
Shipping Method and Delivery Days:
USPS (Suggest choose USPS service if the shipping address is a residential address. USPS may charges less on residential address compare with FedEx. USPS delivers on Saturday, but FedEx doesn’t.)
*** We accept purchase orders from U.S. military, municipalities, governmental and educational institutions.
* Order confirmation, Shipping notification and Tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
* All orders that shipping addresses are in U.S and Canada should be received within 7 business days. Please contract us if not receive your order within 7 business days.

OvisLink Warranty and Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Products in brand new condition and in manufacturer packaging can be return for refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products delivered over 30 days are covered by 2 year warranty. All returned merchandises must be in brand new condition and come with original packaging. All returns must be authorized. Returned items that do not have authorized RMA numbers will not be accepted. We normally issue refund on the same business day or the next business day after received teh return item. Please allow a few days for credit card company processing and show on your next statement. To return any product, please find RMA procedure below.
All OvisLink corded headsets come with 2-year limited warranty and wireless headsets come with 1-year limited warranty. Defective headsets can be returned for repair within two years. Physical damage, devices damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and software update, other "acts of god" are not covered by our warranty policy. If the defective product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the model is unavailable or discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar model has similar functions. If a suitable model cannot be located, a credit will be applied to your account.
