Shipping Method and Delivery Days:

USPS (Suggest choose USPS service if the shipping address is a residential address. USPS may charges less on residential address compare with FedEx. USPS delivers on Saturday, but FedEx doesn’t.)
  • 1st Class Mail - 1st class mail shipping method is available for products less than 13 ounces. Deliver from 1 to 7 days depend on locations.
  • Priority Mail - Deliver in 3 Business days.
  • Priority Mail Express - Deliver in 1 to 2 days.

  • FedEx Home Deliver - 1–5 Business Days Delivery day based on distance to destination.
  • FedEx Ground - 1–5 Business Days Delivery day based on distance to destination.
  • FedEx Express Saver - 3 Business days, deliver by 4:30 pm (not include the shipping day).
  • FedEx 2 days - 2 Business Days, Deliver by 4:30 pm (not include the shipping day).
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Deliver by 3:00 pm next Business day.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight - Deliver by 10:30 am next Business day.
  • FedEx First Overnight - Deliver by 8:00 or 8:30 am next Business day.

Sales Tax:
  • 9.5% sales tax will be added on to the orders for California customers.
  • No sales tax will be added on to customers in states other than California.
  • All the charges will be displayed, included sales tax before you confirm the order.
  • Tax Exempt Customers: Entities with government tax exempt certificate please setup an account on www.OvisLink.com. Then email OvisLink the tax exempt certificate and the account ID on www.OvisLink.com. or email address used to setup the account at the email address sales@ovislink.com. We'll update the account special privilege to be tax exempt. After updating the account, we'll reply the email with notice that all orders under the account will not be charge sales tax.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Products in brand new condition and in manufacturer packaging can be return for refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products delivered over 30 days are covered by 2 year warranty. All returned merchandises must be in brand new condition and come with original packaging. All returns must be authorized. Returned items that do not have authorized RMA numbers will not be accepted. We normally issue refund on the same business day or the next business day after received teh return item. Please allow a few days for credit card company processing and show on your next statement. To return any product, please find RMA procedure below.


All OvisLink corded headsets come with 2-year limited warranty and wireless headsets come with 1-year limited warranty. Defective headsets can be returned for repair within two years. Physical damage, devices damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and software update, other "acts of god" are not covered by our warranty policy. If the defective product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the model is unavailable or discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar model has similar functions. If a suitable model cannot be located, a credit will be applied to your account.
To send product back for warranty service, please find RMA procedure below.

  1. Email to support@ovislink.com and tell us the reason for return. Order ID, product serial number should be included on the email
  2. OvisLink support team will reply with a RMA number, shipping address and instruction within the same business day.
  3. Ship us the product. RMA number must be shown on the return package.
  4. Once we have received the shipment, we'll check the product and the RMA number. If it’s a return for refund, a credit will be issued.

Products are not eligible for return:

  1. Products don't match the serial number shipped to the same order
  2. Products damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not returnable.
  3. Physical damage.
  4. Product is not return within 30 days.
*** Any return, included return for repair (under warranty), return for exchange and refund must be authorized by OvisLink. Return shipment without RMA number will not be processed.
