Headset Training Adapter for Call Center

The OvisLink headset T-adapter for call center training is designed to connect two headsets to one jack. The T-adapter allows a supervisor or trainer to monitor new agents during training sessions and provide immediate feedback on the interaction. The adapter includes a mute button for each headset so the trainer can listen and provide feedback without interrupting the call. Note that this line splitter for OvisLink headsets is compatible with the RJ9 headset jacks. You cannot use this adapter with OvisLink RJ45 or 2.5 mm jacks.
No software is necessary to use the OvisLink training splitter. Just plug it in and go. Simply set the T-adapter switch to the “1” position, and then connect the TEL port on the adapter to your headset jack. Connect both headphones to the adapter, and then note the port each headset is connected to. Both headset ports are clearly labeled as “A” and “B” so you can mute one of the headsets without confusion. Press the “A” mute button to mute the headset plugged into the A port, and press “B” to mute the B headset. The OvisLink call center headset T-adapter will enable your trainers to effectively monitor and train new hires.
