How do I return an item?

Return for Refund:
We accept returns for orders placed within 30 days. To return an order, please send email to sales@ovislink.com. On the email, please provide the order ID, the product serial number (headset's serial number is on the white tube on the headset cord) and the reason for return. We will reply with return instruction on the same business day.

Return for Warranty:
We do not accept return for orders over 30 days. However, all OvisLink headsets come with 2 years warranty. If there is any problem, please email to support@ovislink.com. On the email, please provide the order ID, the product serial number, your telephone's brand and model and the problem details. Our support team will reply your email on the same business day. On the email, we may ask some questions that can help us to identify the problem, or give you instruction for sending back for repair.
