Common Web page problems
- Getting old product pages: Problem could be that you did not clear the cache, because the OvisLink web site is constantly renewed, so clear the cache to guarantee
the newest information, or else you will be viewing just the old pages that is saved on your computer.
- Objects on page look displaced: Problem may be that your computer is set at a small resolution, the size of your screen should be at least 800X600 pixels. Adjust your resolution by:
- right click on your desktop
- select/highlight properties
- select settings
- Move the slider under Screen Area to the appropriate resolution
