Ovislink warrants its networking products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year for, from the date of original purchase. During this period, Ovislink will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Ovislink's option without charge to you.
Warranties extended only to defects which occur during normal use and do not extend to damage to products which results from alteration, repair, faulty installation, unusual physical or electrical stress or service by anyone
Please read the following return merchandise authorization (RMA) procedure for obtaining service on your product.
1. Print the RMA form and completely fill out requested information (Adode Acrobat Reader required)
2. Fax your RMA form back to us
3. We will contact you shortly to issue an RMA number or reason for denial
4. Write this RMA number on your form and enclose a copy along with your package
* All returned items should be packed in the original packing materials.
* Please mark your RMA number on outside of the box.
* Ovislink will not process any returns without an RMA number.
