to use and install OvisGate?
Once setup and
configure any employee, granted access, can connect to the local intranet at
work simply by inputting the address or IP of the OvisGate SSL VPN server
and log in. That’s it! They are instantly able to access e-mail, network
shares, their local desktop (via MSRDP or VNC) and more without having to
install any software on the client computer.

How simple is OvisGate to install, use and maintain?
While installing and
configuring OvisGate’s SSL VPN there is NO downtime or
network interruption. All configuration changes can be made quickly and
easily via a Web Admin Panel and there is virtually no maintenance required.

How secure is remote access to applications and data with
OvisGate?
The way our software
works is as follows:

As shown the SSL VPN
does all the actual transactions and then relays that to the client, this is
not the case with IPSec solutions. Since the SSL VPN does all the work, the
admin is able to set all the limitations in the OvisGate software.

Be sure that you are
connected to the internet, and then try again. (IE Sign on to AOL first)

Contact your Network
Administrator to verify that the URL is correct and that the server is
up.
Login failed:
- Be sure your user name and password
is correct .
- Check with your network
administrator that your User exists or if he can reset your password.

OvisGate service will
not start:
- IIS Configuration might be
inoperative or misconfigured. Double Check your IIS Configuration and that
it is started.
- Failed installation, try
uninstalling then reinstalling OvisGate SSLVPN.
- Corrupt, Damaged, or Missing files
(not including OvisGate SSLVPN).

Unable to access “My
Network Places” or no computers show up:
Most likely the IP Scope is not set
properly, contact your network admin and alert him of this problem.

Cannot access the Administration Panel:
The IP for admin
might be locked and set for only one specific IP.
