We can use OV301R ADSL CPE Router to access Internet and make a connection between two-separated LANs. The OV301R can be confabulated into two different modes: Router mode and Bridge mode. In brid ge mode, two-separated LANs exchange Ethernet packets through CPE Router by Ethernet over ATM protocol. In router mode, they communicate by three protocols: Ethernet over ATM, PPP over ATM, and IP over ATM.
