Make sure find the compatible model for your telephone before purchase the headset. Compatible table is listed above. |
| | How to install OvisLink Call Center Headset? | OvisLink Call Center headsets are plug and play. What you need to do is connect the phone to the headset jack at the phone. To use the headset, press the "headset" button on the phone, you should have dial tone. When there is incoming call, press the headset button to pickup the call. (Some phones, like NEC phones do not have headset button. In this case, please follow the telephone user manual to program a key to become a headset button.) |

| | Which headset model should I choose for Grandstream GXP2000 IP phone? | Grandstream GXP2000 has a 2.5mmm headset jack. You may use Ovislink Call Center Headset OVSH072-25 (single ear), OVHS084-25 (dual ear). To use the headset, you press the "speaker" button on GXP2000. There will be no speaker phone function when the 2.5mm headset jack is connected. Some customers want to have both headset and speaker phone function at the same time. In this case, use OvisLink Call Center Headset OVHS072-P6 (single ear), OVHS084-P6 (dual ear). These two models come with RJ22 connector. Unplug the handset from the handset jack and connect the headset. To make phone call or answer phone call, lift up the handset. In this way, you have headset and speaker phone work at the same time., but can't use the handset. |
