Warranty, Shipping, Tax and Return
* All orders received by 12:00pm Pacific Time normally ship on the same business day.
* All orders shipped from Southern California.
* Order confirmation, Shipping notification and Tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
* All orders that shipping addresses are in U.S and Canada should be received within 30 days. Please contract us if not receive your order within 30 days. After 45 days, we may not be able track the shipment. If we do not receive any notice for not receiving the shipment within 45 days, we'll not be responsible for the shipment.
All products sold on this store come with two-year limited warranty. Defective products can be returned for repair within two years. Physical damage, devices damaged from customer loaded firmware, software or drivers, lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not covered by our warranty policy. If the defective product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the model is unavailable or discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar model has similar functions. If a suitable model cannot be located, a credit will be applied to your account.

New in the box return for refund or exchange:
Product in brand new condition and in manufacturer packaging can be return within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be a 10% restocking fee deduction for return of non-defective items. We do not accept returns over 30 days from the invoice date. All returned merchandises must be in brand new condition and come with original packaging. All returns must be authorized. Returned items that do not have authorized RMA numbers will not be accepted. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed after returned items have been received. To return any product, please find RMA procedure below.
